So I have opened a ticked two days ago as the message asks. Nobody answered, my account is still suspended. I have no clue why, my nickname is not offensive, never bought gold, barely talk to people in game, so I guess I couldnt offend anyone, and never used a bot, I dont even know how to do that. So as an upset customer, for god’s sake, why did you guys suspended my account????
