When I try to log in I got the message:
Your Guild Wars 2 account has been suspended for an account issue. Please contact Support for information.

I´m pretty sure no rule was break by me. Only thing I can think of is that someone from China try to access my account some days ago I got an email about the different location and change all the passwords.

I can´t login, had open a ticket and so far no answer, can anyone help?

Please do not create a ticket and then post in the forums. You ticket will be reviewed and addressed as quickly as possible.

I will tell you that until you have not given the team nearly enough information to help you. With respect, there is nothing in your ticket that shows that you own the account. Please re-open your ticket and add:

  • your serial code
  • your birthday
  • your Guild Wars account username (if you have a GW account)
  • the last four digits of your CC if you purchased from buy.guildwars2.com.
