Guild Wars 2

As the title says, my account was terminated for Gold selling.
But I have not done what I’ve been accused of.

I’ve been looking to start playing again after a hiatus, get a new start on a new server, but I come home today to forgetting my password, which I resolved after a hour or two, but only to find that the account is terminated.

I must appeal to this, as I have not done it. If anything, I was hacked. I’ve recently scanned my computer and several malware/virus like programs came up (using Avast) which I deleted.

Anything that can be done or do I need to buy a new copy of the game?

No, it won’t be easier to get help with your account here. Only customer support can help you restore your account. Sorry about that.

And they will come on and say, your ticket needs to be at 3 days old before you post here and there is absolutely nothing they can do anyway without a ticket number.
