Hi all.
This evening i log in, and surprise, wrong password. Some one has find my psw and enter my account, delete one character, and obviously, sent ALL golld (about 17) ALL items (some valuable items), destroyed all of my items (not equipment), so now i just have 1 pg lvl 80, with equipment, but nothing else.

This is the ip of that son…. China maybe (CN?)

04 , CN ( 49.89.93.244 ) 49.89.93.0 – 49.89.93.255
18 , CN ( 114.138.149.196 ) 114.138.149.0 – 114.138.149.255

So can i have back my items, and is there a method to have better security on account? (I haven’t smartphone, so no mobile app)

I got the exact same issue today with the exact same ips Corso mentioned.
Already contacted support with the hopes of getting my account restored.

:’(

Edit: by ‘the exact same issue’ I actually meant someone deleted all but one of my characters and took all my gold and every valuable material from my bank.
Oh, and he also changed my homeworld to kaining -_-
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
