Guild Wars 2

Hello, I already know there’s nothing that can be done but early in the morning which was 3/15/13 my account was hacked and all the gems were taken. Now I have a funny feeling it was the guild i was in. Number one, they just came out and asked me to join at level 9 thought that was kinda odd, but i gave it a try. After joining they said we’re setting up a website for you guys and viola after logging into the web site about a week later my account was hacked. The main reason i suspect they did it is because well every time we asked to run a dungeon they had an excuse not too and acted very strange about questions. Anyhow, I am very glad that I was able to get back into my account after a reset and they tried to get into my email but i covered my bases there. Now my next question is to ArenaNet, how secure is my personal information after this and can you look into my account and find and gain something from this
incident?

It’s safe to say that your guild’s website was used to steal everything. Since you provided all your personal information to that 3rd party website, there’s no way for anyone at Anet to know which information was compromised. Try thinking back to what you typed into the website forms.

And don’t use the same email/password that you use in Guild Wars 2 in any website/forums.
