Sounds like your account has been hacked due to a fake site, email, or a keylogger on your computer.
You will need to get in contact with support and provide proof of purchase when requested.(Cd-keys, Last four digits of credit card, paypal etc.). Since you were hacked once lets be sure to get on the real support site ;P. Last thing you need is a fake support asking for credit card info.
After doing this which will take a very long time, they will default the email back to the original and reset the password.
If you do have a keylogger then this hacker will just change it again and again.
It is a custom for them to roll back the account to restore any deleted characters items and gold. If they fail to do this request it.
