My friend got hacked. He was having a conversation with support via e-mail, but suddenly the conversation stoped without any help given to him. He is waiting for an answer for three days now.
Why is that taking so long, and is there option to get his account back while he lost his CD-Key, but can give every single information needed to proof that accout is his property?
Would love to see answer.

Also, I would have your friend change the password on his email account as it may have been compromised.
