Gonna try and keep this short and I would appreciate if an arena.net employee could answer this…

Way back when the achievement reward system was fairly new I wanted the hellfire armor. When I hit the 3k mark I picked the wrong item and just went with it thinking I can change that later. Now when I recently hit the 9k mark I got my hellfire helm and contacted support about my previous mistakes in picking the radiant armor instead of the hellfire one. They can’t help me reset these choices I’ve made and my question is why would you not atleast inform us about these things when making purchases that has taken a whole year of playing to get? It’s easy to say I should have contacted support right away, but it wasn’t obvious to me that there was a deadline on these things. This is game breaking for me since I’ve worked on getting these items for a year and now I won’t even get to reset this just once so I can have a complete set.
