Guild Wars 2

Last night 11/17/13 my friend and guild mate was permanently banned. His account name is Thorak.1679. He has sent in a ticket, number is 84876. It said that he had been banned for botting.
As many members of our guild can attest he does not use bots to play,we know this as he is logged in to TeamSpeak3 and actively talking to us during play.
If it could help our guild can document that he was physically playing and not using a bot through personal accounts and screenshots of conversation and interactions.

Posting here won’t help him.

He will have to wait for an answer from support and if that takes longer then 3 day’s, he can post the ticket number in the sticky for tickets 3 days and older.

From the forum rules:

‘Do not post on behalf of a suspended or banned user.’

It’s good you come up for your friend, but it is not allowed, will not help your friend and can get yourself in trouble. Arenanet has terminated his account for illegal actions but that doesnt mean they wont treat him respectfully and will review this matter professionally. He will get a reaction to his ticket within three days.

As Sandra said, if it takes longer he can post it in the designated sticky. If for some reason he cant post on the forum anymore as well then you can do that for him.
