Hey guys,
I created a ticket a few days ago asking for help. Now a GM has answered and asked for additional information, which I wanted to give him. However I was unable to answer the mail for some reason.
Is there any other way to add additional information to ticktes, and if so, how?

You can always send an email to support@guildwars2.com with your ticket number in the header, and the information they request.

Unless, of course, somehow your email address is blocked. In that case, you could use a different email address.
