Adding information to support ticket

No, for some reason it always gets returned.
Maybe post here with your ticket number and reason/specific problem

You can always send an email to support@guildwars2.com with your ticket number in the header, and the information they request.
Unless, of course, somehow your email address is blocked. In that case, you could use a different email address.
