Guild Wars 2

Wonder if I can get some advice please. My daughter has cannot get into her GW2 account because she has forgotten the password to the Hotmail account that she registered with. This has been going on for some time and now she wants to play again is driving us nuts ! I did log a ticket a while back but never had a reply back from support. Thoughts please.

If she has Firefox and has logged into the Guild Wars 2 website, the password can be viewed inside Firefox.

Tools > Options > Security tab > Saved Passwords

I believe she needs her Hotmail account password. Which may be saved in her browser (whatever it may be), but if not, she will need to contact the CS Team for assistance in changing the email account associated with her game account.
