Guild Wars 2

So my friend just found out that after coming back from his weekend, his account was hacked (and banned, but I guess that’s good, so the hacker can’t log in back again). He already wrote a ticket, but I instantly logged in to confirm my assumption: our guild bank was also robbed. The two of us share a guild bank where I store my investments (around 50 stacks of silver and lots of mihril) and now all of that is gone
I heard there is a way to restore an accout with all the belongings, but does that include the guild bank as well? Somehow I fear not

No. Guild Banks are not a part of an Account Restoration. Everything that was in there is lost for good.

i was hacked today. this morning when i tried to log in, i couldn’t. tried to re-set my password, i couldn’t. when i finally got in all my toons were stripped of all non-account bound gear, and my alt guild bank cleared of stuff, all mats taken of stuff and all my gold gone. i filled out a ticket ankitten ow waiting to see what can be done. it sucks because alot of people have been hacked on my server, the funny thing is i changed my password about 3 weeks ago. i don’t go to any gold seller sites, infact the ONLY sites i go to is the games official site, the wiki, wvw match-up site, and youtube. thats it. so today iv changed all of my passwords for everything i have and ran 2 different anti-virus scans. at least they didnt get any credit card info, (don’t have any). oh well,could have been worse.
