Same thing happened to me with one of my characters. Shortly after I made a new one while waiting I was banned. Ive had a ticket out for 4-5 days now

Same thing to you? a character has disappeared from the main page of the characters? this is crazy !

That means you should change your password asap.

Yeah my main character was deleted (presumably by the hacker) and so I changed my password and email password multiple times. An hour after making a new character waiting for my main to be restored I was banned by the gold seller/hackers actions

OMG ! Donald Duck would be more reliable than Anet !
