All GW2 Down
Hi guys.
So i just installed the recent patch that just came out and ever since then I haven’t been able to login to the game. This is the error code that comes up:
“The game client was unable to connect to the log-in server. Please restart your client and try again. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support. (Code=58:11:5:512:101)”
Does anyone else seem to have this issue?
Same issue here, and CS isn’t even mentioning it, on twitter or here, that it is an issue with some players after the update. Still waiting for a reply. Just added 2k gems and cant even play the game. Wtg………….
Same here, the game get disconnected exactly 30min which make the game unplayable.
I have tried all the “Solutions” on the forum, and of course it didn’t work.
Just wondering are there many ppl receiving the same error(58:11:5:512:101)?
Authentication servers faillll
the game thought my account was a free trial account…..
Yea same here, got told my Trial account ( didn’t know the collectors edition was a trial account ) cannot access WvW and we all got kicked out, ( all on TS3 ) even the ones in other areas of the game got booted, seems to be global.
I own the game (pre-ordered it actually). I have five level 80s. I was playing in Southsun Cove when I got this error message. It now gives me an error message when I try to log on.
^ So did mine, lol. I thought it was just me.
Pretty much this, got some weird error saying my trial account didnt have access to something then it kicked me off.

I was in the middle of crab toss and got some message about my free account not having access to that content and got booted. Tried relogging and got a message about not being able to authenticate my account, but now it’s saying it is the login server.
Broken record, but Im in the same boat, just got kicked and called a trial, now getting all kinds of errors…

I was more than a little annoyed when this flashed on my screen – but when I tried to log back in and got the regular old Cannot connect to server issue (please FTLOG change that message – as it’s NEVER been my internet connection or router causing the problems
) I figured it wasn’t my problem!

I was playing GW2 as always finished my AC path 3 run and i got an error saying something like my free trial Account time has expired and i got kicked out and cant log in….. WTH free trial???? its a deluxe account… anyone having same problem?

I have the same, had just killed Lupi in Arah path 2 as well. These things always happen at the worst of times.

OK guys so game has issues atm. Nobody’s account became trial account nor will there be any permanent damage.
Like you guys i will try relog every few seconds, i guess that’s not gonna help auth. servers come back online

I just tried logging in but keep getting error code 42:0:9001:4116
This whole GW2 website seems to be having trouble too
the same here. I hope it will be looked into soon.
I had the same error and it kicked me out. I have even pre-ordered the game. 6 level 80s and 2 low levels.
According to http://gw2status.com/ after only 1 auth server being down, they are ALL down now. I guess they are resetting them and when it comes back online in a few minutes we should be able to play again.

It’s been like this for 40 minutes.. Forum is acting strange aswell.. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Apparently they are negotiating with hamsters in server room, but it seems hamsters aren’t cooperating still and Anet won’t give in to demands.
We shall, hopefully, soon see the end of this crisis.
