Q:

bought 4,000 gems from the Trading Post. I Converted them all to gold. I then put them all in the bank. 30 mins later, the game turned off and went to the desktop.

When I restarted it made me install the game all over again. All 250,00 files roughly.
When I got back into the game all the the money was gone?

I spent £42.50 on this and feel scammed? Very upset.

Please help me?

I dont even know how this is possible to begin with if the gold has been in your bank for 30m.The game “autosaves” Constantly,at everything you do,making sure there will be no losses when a disconnect happens. Something like this should only be able to happen,if the server crashes and a small rollback has occured.Anyway best luck is to contact support about this.
