best bet would be keep makeing posts n what not till a GM responds that is beyond F up
if they had phone support i would have done it by now

I dont even know how this is possible to begin with if the gold has been in your bank for 30m.The game “autosaves” Constantly,at everything you do,making sure there will be no losses when a disconnect happens. Something like this should only be able to happen,if the server crashes and a small rollback has occured.Anyway best luck is to contact support about this.
