Guild Wars 2

Title basically says it all.
Sometimes, I feel like it happens more often when I’m in a more crowded area, when I alt+tab my laptop crashes. Sometimes it works flawlessly, sometimes it happens right after I log in and I alt+tab to look something up.

Usually it just works, but sometimes the screen goes black and all I see is the pointer of my mouse. After a little while I get the blue crash screen.

I think the error I get is something like “VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR”. GW2 is the only game/program on my laptop where I’ve had this happen.
Some help would be great, I can do without alt+tabbing but I often find myself wanting to look stuff up while playing, which I simply can’t do like this.

The same thing happens to my desktop, which is why I dread having to alt+tab during a lengthy PS.

I end up just taking 2 laptops with me. Also means the whole game can be busy with one computer, and the other is completely free to do whatever it wants. Plus the 2nd has touchscreen capabilities too.

I’m assuming not everybody can do that tho. So this is a big problem for everybody else who can’t.
