So, I have a friend who quit shortly after the first Southsun event and she still had the Ancient Karka Chest in her inventory (the one that was mailed to her for not being able to loot the overworld chest due to disconnecting) .

She has been back for a few days now and I told her, that box has a guaranteed drop chance for some exotics with a decent chance for a precursor.

However her box only contained the Karka Shell and the Karka Box, nothing else.

Was this a bug? Should she contact support?

(Im writing this for her, since she doesn’t speak english well enough.)

It would be a good idea for her to talk to support through submitting a ticket.

There should indeed have been random exotics in there as well.

Your friend needs to submit a ticket (not you). If needed, support also speaks german, spanish and french.
