Short summary:

I am stuck in a pvp-match since 9th June. I immediatly opened a ticket at german support where they just told me problem is known and will be fixed. Weeks later it still wasn’t so I contacted the german community manager with no response at all.

So I went to the english forums and made a post in bug forum where i got an reply, that it’ll be reported to a dev. After few days where nothing happened again, I updated the topic stating that out. Then a moderator merged it into a “stuck in pve” -Thread:

I have no words for it, so I opened a ticket at english support, where they asked me some stuff and said, they need more time. Now 4 days later of hearing nothing at all, i received an email asking for my feedback on the support.

Do you really think, there is any feedback needed at all?

Sadly i already ordered HoT, otherwise i wouldn’t even consider it. I was always very statisfied with your support, but this – i have no words at all for it.

You might consider posting this in the pertinent sub-forum (Account Issues), or posting your ticket number in the Sticky, ‘Tickets for Review’ found there.

The correct place to put this sort of feedback is in the thread, Tickets for review-3 days and older. That thread has staff members reading it on a regular basis and working on the issues raised.

If you mean the feedback request you received via e-mail after a ticket is resolved, you need to click the link in said e-mail so your feedback is tied to the correct ticket.

Did you try deleting the local.dat file this file cantains your character location and may have gotten corrupted close out of the game and do a file search for local.dat. I think it’s in C\documents\user\%appdata%\ user would be your computer user name. After you have deleted this file the game will creat a new one when you restart the game and allow you to leave PvP area.
