The correct place to put this sort of feedback is in the thread, Tickets for review-3 days and older. That thread has staff members reading it on a regular basis and working on the issues raised.

If you mean the feedback request you received via e-mail after a ticket is resolved, you need to click the link in said e-mail so your feedback is tied to the correct ticket.
Did you try deleting the local.dat file this file cantains your character location and may have gotten corrupted close out of the game and do a file search for local.dat. I think it’s in C\documents\user\%appdata%\ user would be your computer user name. After you have deleted this file the game will creat a new one when you restart the game and allow you to leave PvP area.
