The game is very cpu dependent. If you are entering a massive zerg, the amount of people will kill your fps since the processor cannot keep up
Either way, if you have a heating problem or cpu bottleneck, a support ticket will not solve the issue. Of course, anet will like record of the people who are experiencing performance issues.
I guess you should repaste your laptop and clean the fan to see if that lower temperatures.

the video clearly states that you are experiencing a cpu bottleneck. 1 core is maxed out dragging both your other cpu cores and gpu down.
this problem is not unusual in gw2
btw, not many goes have such large zergs. Wow does but the graphic is pretty crappy
I wonder if elder scrolls will have a zerg as large as gw2.
