Q:

Whell my problem is quite simple.

I deleted a wrong character. I know its hard, but i dont really look my haracter names, or actually remember witch is witch, so i deleted the wrong 1.

Is there a way to restore my lv 19 Silvary nekromancer?
Its my first character and it grow close to me really. I seriously want to play it now, and i am begging for a restore if i have to, but is there a way to it?

A:

We are not currently in the position to restore accounts, and in fact an account restoration essentially does a “roll-back” of the account — the entire account. So there’s no way to “un-delete” a character, and no way to restore a single character to a previous state, at least as this point in time.

We will be able to provide the Account Restoration Service in the future.

From what I’ve read, no – they do not do character restoration.

Is there an approximate timeline on the account restoration feature, given your higher priorities? Will it likely be this year or next?
