1. Run elevated command prompt.
2. Type netsh winsock reset > ENTER:
3. The following message should be seen: “Successfully reset the Winsock Catalog. You must restart the computer in order to complete the reset.”
4. Restart computer.

I actually didnt have to restart…but this did fix for me after initial “hiccup”. If you’re still having issues, try the above

Done. 700mb, and the patching % is based off number of files, not size …

on the shortcut on the desktop right click it and go to properties and add /repair to the end of the target outside the quote. It will check the files to see if there is a problem
