Hey you guys!
First of all, I don’t wanna moan and whine about the ban, I deserved it, for exploiting and stuff. I’d actually want to thank you for making an effort do have people being able to play the game with little to no problems.
I know that you guys have a heavy workload right now and that a ticket like mine is most likely at the bottom of your priority list. The situation is as following, my appeal has been approved and I was told that I would be unbanned after 48 hours, since that didn’t happen I reopened that ticket to no avail so far. I was wondering, if I should label the ticket differently, as to make it easier for the supporters, when they find the time to handle tickets like mine

120831-008118
