There was already another long thread about the problem. Apparently many people didn’t get laurels in April. That thread disappeared. Has the issue been resolved… with or without a solution? If there’s no programmable solution then please answer the tickets. Simply ignoring them is sort of disrespectful.

If it’s been several weeks your ticket was probably closed from inactivity. If you still have the original, you should update it to restart it. If you don’t have it, go ahead and make a new ticket.
Every ticket gets a first automated response within 24 hours. It used to be 3 days to resolve most issues but I gather they are swamped so it may be a bit longer. But it will surely be before several weeks go by. ^^ good luck.

You are guaranteed an answer, if you didn’t get one check this thread Not getting our Emails? for reasons why and ways to fix it.
If you still don’t get an answer after 3 days have passed, you can post the ticket number in the stickied thread above, Tickets for review. 3 days and older, for personal attention from Gaile.

Your implication that Support does not respond to ticket request is absolutely false. If you put in a request and did not get a nearly immediate automated reply, then you have some communications issue with Anet Support. Check your junk mail and you may need to try and contact Support via another email address (there have been issues with some larger mail providers (yahoo, gmail, etc.) inadvertently blocking Anet support emails.
I have submitted half a dozen requests and have ALWAYS been responded to in a timely fashion.

If you are looking for the thread(s), you can find them in the Game Bugs sub-forum, where they originated. They moved off the front page due to inactivity. This may or may not indicate the issue was resolved for many.

There is some confusion because the screen may have shown 2/4, but after intensive research we have found no evidence to suggest that anyone did not get everything to which he or she was entitled to in terms of daily and monthly laurels.

Just for clarification, Im not sure I understand the “entitled” part. I couldnt do dailies for some days, because they didnt reset. Is this simply just showing in your research as “didnt do his dailies”?

Thanks for the reply… but I can’t agree.
I spent my laurels as fast as I collected them in April… five at a time. As soon as I had five, I gave them out on infusions. I’m having a hard time believing I didn’t notice the extra ten.
And even if that were the case, what about the people admitting they got monthly laurels twice thanks to the reset?
It sounds like some people got 0, some got 10, and some got 20… and there’s no easy fix… so rather than admitting that someone kittened the pooch you’re going with ‘no evidence’
It’s not like we can simply peruse the code and find our own evidence, right?
