Hi all,

Per a mod’s recommendation to open a support ticket, I went to the Support site and have attempted to both ‘Ask A Question’ and completed the form, as well as tried creating a Support Account.. both however do not load. Or fail to submit the information from the page.

I have tried both of these methods in both Google Chrome as well as Internet Explorer.

Please help. Is there yet another alternative?

I`m with the same problem here! Yesterday i was with a open ticket, and today i cant update it because the submit button doesnt work!

I don’t know why you are not shown the buttons or why you cannot use them. Anything works fine with me.

But usually you don’t need this pages, when you have a ticket already, because you receive mails whenever there is a change (beside the automated answer that a ticket was received). You can update your tickets by using or expanding this mails to send answers.
I did, when I couldn’t access my support account.

The buttons show for me, Michael, however nothing submits from the form I completed. The page doesn’t navigate elsewhere, period.

Sorry, I made a mistake in the email I provided. I checked my own emails but I took the wrong email address because I had NCSoft mails as well.
If I caused any problems I beg your pardon.
