Guild Wars 2

I have problem whit my headphone Razer Kraken Usb its muted. All program are working only guild wars 2 dont working. I have selected in music menu Audio Device: Razer Kraken USB. but don work. In Windows 7 sound menu its ok but its working only monitor speaker. Thanks for support.

I know this is old guys, but I just got a Razer Kraken 7.1 recently & this is still an issue. After doing a bit of research, you need to change one setting in the registry. I set it up to run silent from a batch file each time I fire up GW2 as follows:

C:\Games\Guild Wars 2\GW2.bat [just set up a shortcut to this, wherever your game path happens to be]

[which contains]:

regedit.exe /s GW2_Razer_fix.reg
start "" “Gw2.exe”

[The reg file should contain the following commands]:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Razer\Kraken71Chroma_1.0.0\NahimicSettings\Applications\Gw2.exe]
“kNhSet_RenderMute”=dword:00000000

It’s pretty much that entry constantly being set to “1” by something in the system, so you will need to reset it back to “0” each time you run GW2 for the sound to work in-game.
