bought the game yesterday from a free account. but barely unlocked anything. still having everything locked in blackmarket and cant send anything by mail. Is there a wait timer? and why? I just payed 50$ for the game. why do I have to wait to use everything? I paid for it so I could? whats going on?
Also. I have done all the security steps and have set up all secure channels through the website. so thats done.
