Hi, i didnt write down my secret code when i authenticate, so now GW2 client ask for an authenticator code, i have to go back to the website to get my secret code. But logging in to my website requires my authenticator code.

I used WinAuth for my authentication.

Before sending a ticket, did i miss any steps?

Other than saving the code? It sounds like you are in the same boat as several other people. My suggestion is to go ahead and submit a ticket to support so you will be farther along in the queue. Make sure you explain your issue in as much detail as possible. With any luck, it will be resolved within 24 hours.

Authenticator code and secret code are two different things. When asked for a code to log into the game or forums or account page, it is asking for the code the authenticator generates (six-digit code) every 30 seconds. The secret code is much longer, and sets up the authenticator.

the authenticator code doesnt help i keep on using it and nothing happens im pretty sure u need the secret code then the converted numbers to able to log in here and ingame

my forum account is always in my google chrome tab. so i can use it, but i cant go to settings, just forums only
