Log into the security page on this site and remove your authorized IP address and the Authenticator will trigger. It does not ask for the code, if your IP has already been authorized and remembered.

If you used email verification before mobile authenticator, the device will already remember your known IP address(es). This is normal.
To force the Mobile Authenticator to ask for a code, go to ‘My Account’ – Security, and remove all remembered IP addresses.
