This is REALLY getting out of hand.

EVERY time I log in I have to do it, even on the forums, can I PLEASE get this sorted?

Then, you must wait for CS to assist you. Bumping your thread is not only against the forum rules, but will do nothing for you, as only CS can assist you.

I assume you have saved (authorized) the IP address in question?

Nobody here can fix this.

Have you verified that your IP address falls into the range of the authorized networks in the MY ACCOUNT / SECURITY page of this site? If you IP address is changing to a completely different subnet address every time you log in, then my only suggestion is to turn on the mobile authentication (must have a compatible smartphone).

Also, If you are NOT checking the ‘REMEMBER THIS NETWORK" checkbox on the link page, this will ALWAYS happen when you try to log in…..it’s a security feature.
