Guild Wars 2

My other PC runs GW2 just fine but on this one it only runs at 5 fps and when I’m in dungeons it goes down to about 2. All of my specs are good enough to run the game but I was wondering if my graphics card was the problem. It’s a Nvidia 6150SE.

not just you’re using an outdated graphics card, but your processor could make an impact as well.

It’s an AMD Athlon II X2 235e Processor if that helps

And I was also thinking: My graphics card has 8 Gigabites and GW2 only requires 2. So if it’s old, would it still not work?

time to move on and get a new system. apparently, Guild Wars 2 are in favor of Intel Ivy-processors if you want no issues in all front, except in WvWvW which still gets acceptable frame-rates under huge crowd.
and don’t think you can get by with that 6150SE either.

Never noticed that a IVY would run the game better than a Sandy and also the older AMD black series before the FX runs the game perty darn well for a $90 chip.

We don’t know what specs your other PC has in comparison to your current one. Can’t provide much advice other than basic troubleshooting. Try reading this thread

Nvidia 6150SE. That’s not even a card it’s built in on the motherboard.
