I just wanted to thank all the GW team for making this game great and for taking care of their player base.GM Prometheus especialy who helped me solve my problem. I will try to login tommorow,cause i dont have my comp with instaled GW2 on it,to check on my charachters,and what happened to them during these 4 days.I was a bit boring with my ticket spams and a bit mad cause i couldnt play.But now i am totaly happy.JUST WANTED TO THANK YOU ALL ONCE MORE.Keep up good work:))
This was my problem and my report from yesterday and it is solved:

My name is Marko Savkovic and i have big problem with my GW2 Account.Please read carefully my report.I tried contacting GW2 support unit but they didnt help me a lot first time.I am big fan of gw2 game,and i am into it almost since beggining.I had great pleasure playing the game till recently.

4 days ago i tried logging into my game at 01;00 am. I coudnt log in because someone changed my password.I couldnt recover it because i didnt have game box with serial code with me.I didnt think it was big problem,i thought it was again some of theminor loggin in problems,so i went to sleep.During the next day i received e-mail on my phone for autenthication of GW to allow access to someone from USA i think.I declined automaticly.I live in Montekitten and i play only from my hometown Podgorica. When i got home i turn on GW2,i recovered and made new password and tried logging in.It was big surprise for me when i saw that my account was disabled for something.I had a shock,and i tried contacting support immediatly but all i got was useless responds how to restart password and that my account is banned.
It is a big problem cause i didnt do anything to receive ban,i suspect person compromising my account did something when he logged in. I couldnt log in since 2 days ago,i didnt play at all.Please check my IP adress log ins,check my gaming history!!.I never tried to hack or do something.I played GW2 only for pleasure.Also check my characters,i had 2 lvl 80 and 2000 achievement points.If they are deleted or something can you please recover them to 5 days ago.I dont know what happened to them cause i didnt log in at all,as it was impossible to log in for me .
I received ban and my account is baned for no reason known to me.I payed and i enjoyed this game and i think you need to recheck what you did.I dont want to stop playing,and i dont think you want to lose one of your biggest fans since GW1.
I am looking forward to see you react to this problem asap and solving it.Yesterday your support didnt even consider or read my report,so please be polite this time..
I consider this a BIG PROBLEM requiring fast reaction from your support team because:
1. SECURITY FLAW,because my account IS STOLEN
2.Authentication system obviously FAILED because i didnt allow logging in to any PERSON EXCEPT ME
3.BAD REACTION FROM YOUR Gmasters,for banning without reason,without trying to contact me and warning me via phone,e-mail.They didnt even check who they are baning.I have been playing for half a year without ever using even a macros on my account.Just enjoyed story.I didnt need money and i didnt even ever had a lot of it.SO PLEASE RECHECK WHAT YOU DID
4.SLOW AND USELESS reactions from support team.I am tired of writting reports and getting useless responds.IT has beekittendays already,and not even one person tried CONTACTING ME,ALL I GET ARE AUTOMATED MESSAGESS.I WANT TO play my GAME,especialy when new living story is coming close.
5.YOU ARE LOSING your customer because of bad support,fast and not inteligent reaction,and nopt showing the will to at least try to help me.I AM getting realy mad because i am alrdy wating for 5 days without even idea what is going ON

they are good but i wouldnt say they are the best… so many issues make game very frustrating to play.Fix them and ill say that they are the best… for now they are just good.

^ that comment doesn’t really help at all.

Firstly, if your account was compromised as you stated, they banned your account in order to “protect you” i.e. limit further amount of damage. First thing you do is not to submit a post here but it is to submit a ticket in ask a question support tab. In the ticket, clearly detail what happened and if you don’t get a response in 3 days. You may now post up here along with your ticket number so they can look up on it.

Also in the future, just get straight to the point. The title is extremely misleading and the dev’s have to read through your entire text to really understand what your issue is.

As much as they may probably enjoy your support, you’re eluding it away from what is really important at hand here.
