Bag slots
Does anyone know if I deleted my toon that had max bag slots (expansions) and created a new one. Would Arena Net give me the bag slots I lost. I pretty much want to re roll to a human and the only thing stopping me is the bag slots.
What I mean is delete toon A creat toon B and then get the bag slots lost from toon A on toon B. Kinda wish Guild Wars 2 had Race changes would be so much easier.
No, bag slot expansions are per character. They are not Account-wide, nor per character-slot.

I know that but what I am asking is if they would refund me them after I DELETE toon A and then use them on toon B. Would they be so generous. I am not going to be keeping the original toon that has the expansions. He will be deleted but the bag expansions I will be losing is there anyway I can get them refunded to use on another toon.
Again, no. That is a character upgrade, not a character-slot upgrade. Nor is it something you buy for your Account and move around.
