Hello, I have bought 200g to a gold seller 3 days ago. I am sorry, I have understand it was a bad choice, I have get banned 24 hours and you picked out these 200 golds.
But this morning, I get another message saying I have bought a second time golds and you banned me 1 week. But It didnt happened ! I just havent bought golds again ! Can someone please check my account and verify I have receive anything ? Its a mistake and I would like to play guild wars 2.

I understand if I have to get banned 8 days for buying golds, but you clearly said it was to have bought golds twice, and this is not true.

Think yourself luck, I think gold buyers should be banned forever for a first offence.

I just got an answer but I dont understand all the text : "Yes, your account was blocked for 24 hours for the first offense. Then your account was blocked an additional 24 hours for the other multiple RMT purchases after that. For each offense committed it added an additional 24 hours for each offense.

This account is blocked until 09/24/2015 because it was found to be associated to networks which sell in-game items for cash or other items with real world value. This action violates our Rules of Conduct (see section 9 in the linked document below)."

Did this say I have bought golds 8 times ? Or did this say I am a gold seller ? Anyway it’s totally false, I dont understand what’s happening.

I would also suggest you to change everything if possible (email, password). Because when you enter websites who bot and sale gold, they use phishing stuff to hack you after…

You may become a victim…. And dont buy gold, farm it your self.

If I were you OP; I’d quit while I was ahead. Don’t buy any more gold and be thankful that you didn’t get a permanent ban.

You knew what was happening and continued doing it. At this point, it’s probably a very good idea for you drop it and just wait out the temporary ban.

I was tempted to buy a Twilight myself through gold sellers. ^^;; I can’t blame you if you gave in to RMT. Atleast now they give you another chance, I think before it was permaban, I’m not so sure though.
