Does anyone know, if u get mailed when u got your account (permanently) banned? Or is the only way to notice this: trying to enter the game?

Banned Account - Information?
AFAIK – you just cannot log in, I don’t think they email you to tell you that they have banned an account,
If you think you’ve been banned unfairly or cannot log in, you should contact support directly.
They don’t try to contact you because if your computer was hacked and the hacker got into your email, he could delete all emails from them. They wait for you to find out by trying to log on and contacting them yourself.
