Banned Guild Leader

Hi,
I have a big problem. My account is banned (I was hacked and after I got my account back I was banned) and I need to transfer all permissions to another player. Currently my guild don’t have a chance to start a guild missions. What should I do now? Is there a way to get unban for 24 hours or less?
What about buying a new copy of guild wars 2 and link it to THIS account? Will I be able to log on old characters and tranfer Guild Leader’s permissions to another player?

No, an account that is banned can only be unbanned via support. So go to support. But support cannot change the guild leader (or at least they are not doing it).
