Guild Wars 2

Hello, I went to log into my guild wars 2 account for a game of it after a few months of not playing it.I then discover that my account has been banned for the buying/selling of gold and/or real money.I know this to be false as I have not been doing any of those things and I feel it is against the point of the game I feel that there should have been more of an investigation into this as I’ve been falsley accused. Is there anything I can do as it’s now a complete waste of the 40 pounds I paid for this game?

Contact support and put in a ticket. That is the only thing you can do in this situation.

The first thing you must do is open a ticket to customer support to inform of this issue. In the mean time you can join the discussion on this thread regarding this problem:

Support will usually take a couple of days to answer with a solution. If not please post your ticket number in the thread for 3 or more days tickets open.

So I have to just wait on them getting back to me? I’ve put in a ticket alread.Is there a chance that they won’t unban me because I think that this is really unfair.

They’ve unbanned countless accounts from the time I’ve spent watching these forums. It may take a while, but if it was an actual mistake, they should be able to fix it.

Okay brilliant,thank you EndlessDreamer for your reassurance.I really hope they resolve the issue as I’ve been falsely accused and would hate to not be able to play it again.
