Guild Wars 2

Got my account hacked on 8-30, then the same day it was banned for gold trading.
I replied(twice now) to the email that was sent to me when my ticket was answered like it said if i had any problems. Here it is over a week later and I’m still sitting here refreshing my email and looking at these forums. Not sure where to go from here since you cant get any direct contact from anyone. Is there anywhere to check the status of your tickets or am I just stuck?

log in to your support account and view the tickets there you should see if they’ve updated them

I did, they disabled both my support accounts as well, wtf???

Why isn’t replying to the email like it said good enough? I guess now I’m at the end of the line again. Thanks Anet for being so clear.
