Guild Wars 2

Hi guys,

Today i was going to play guild wars, but when i logged in i got this message:

Your guild wars 2 account has been terminated for assisting with gold or item sales for real-world money, which is a breach of the User Agreement and Rules of Conduct. This action is permanent.

But i haven’t done what they’re are saying i have done. It’s probably because i’ve had a virus on my pc for a short amount of time. So is there anything i can do about this, i payed for it and i would really like to be able to keep playing it.

First, ensure your computer is clean of viruses, malware, keyloggers, etc. Then file a ticket with support and explain that you had a virus and the account got locked. They will work with you.
