So I was banned for 14 days, but it only lasted 8 days before I get this message.

I apologize for the late response. I have reviewed the account, and determined that the violation did not warrant such a long suspension. As such, I have unblocked the account. It is now playable.

Has anyone got this before? Is there any compensation to this wasted time we were banned for? I lost 8 days of leveling with my friends and everything Ive missed due to their mistake? Why ban before you investigate …. really.

First it didn’t say you didn’t warrant a suspension just not a 14 day one But what compensation? You aren’t paying a monthly sub, your friends can still play through your content with you because of the down scaling feature, you are able to log in earlier than originally thought, so all in all I’d say be happy you get back in early

Yeah but still, why will they want to come to a lowbie area with me? When they can have more fun in the high level area.. and ofcourse there are possible compensations, I dont have to pay a monthly subscription to get a compensation.. How would you like getting banned for 10 days then they tell you.. sorry it wasnt meant to be that long, now go on play its fine.

wouldn’t bother me honestly because I don’t pay a sub As for them playing lowbie areas that’s the point of the game that you can go back and play through friends lowbie areas and still have a challenge and if they are a different race then you see different content without it being trivial

Yeah whatever, I know argueing is pointless here. Thanks for banning me for 8 days, atleast I got my account and not have to wait for weeks like other people. Cheers

sounds like theyve been on the banning frenzy, funny thing is when we log into this forum at the bottom of that screen we see “bad language” listed as one of the peices of content in the game yet they seem to be banning ppl for using it in game.

I expect im in the same category as you mate as in they will look into my suspension but by the time they do itll be over (72hrs) and im demanding proof from any logs they have to jusitfy this ban. Gonna be planying on tneterhooks from now on, dare I even say the s word just incase some GM finds it offensive and bans me for 2 months. BEtter off gettig my hard earned money back and spending it on a decent company, shame as the game is actually pretty good

think your self lucky, its been 14 days now for me, and I wasn’t even banned, just not able to get in game due to the broken account management.
