I came home from work and went to log in and i found out my account was banned. I wanted to appeal it for reasons that i have a feeling that the reason i was banned was due to my stupidity leaving myself logged in while i rushed to work to not be late….and my roommate getting on running around being a jerk….So i wanted to appeal this and ask what was said and what happened…though i am not aloud to log into the support and appeal because my account has been disabled…how do i appeal it if i can’t log into the support and do what i need to do…so far i have sent a email to guildwars2 staff but i don’t know if that will do anything. Please help.

I got a 3 day ban too, and I am off school this week and start next week. Sucks.. I know I got banned for offensive language but it’s kinda dumb that you get no warning or anything and first time you get a 3 day ban for something as small as offensive language when they have a language filter for a reason and the game is rated T for teen.

Well its not even that i have no idea what was said or anything i mean i have no problem for a ban something i did its just no reason or nothing just hey your banned for this and we will give you nothing else as the reason.

Ya, I agree. I mean I’m pretty sure I know what I did. But in most games you get something showing what you did to get banned. Here they just ban you and give a generic reason when you try to log in.

Hey some of us they ban for no reason at all so don’t feel bad. Seems like they are swinging the ban hammer fairly liberally

True , Though i just want to appeal my stuff and they tell you how but your not aloud unless your not banned so that is my beef.

Not to make your issue seem un-important, but there are literally hundreds(if not thousands) of players, who unable to play(due to RMT hackers or bans that we’re s’posed to be lifted but aren’t) and have no estimated time of resolution.

Also the turn-around time on support tickets seems to be 72-96 hours so, you’ll probably be un-banned before your ticket even gets looked at.
