Just got booted and banned for botting. How does this happen and how do I get my account back. The logs will pretty clearly show I have never even farmed an area much less botted.

Is this some player report system (which would be a bad thing) or is it a broken automated system?

How do I get this fixed or will I be missing out on the last events tomorrow?

I got banned to. I hope that it can be fixed soon I really wanted to participate tomorrow as well. I understand the reason for this and wish the botting people would just stop so people like us don’t have to miss out! I hope that it can be fixed soon thanks so much!

They don’t ban on just reports. They’re investigated – but someone’s made a mistake in your case.

You need to contact support and ask a question.

Something is going on… I was also just banned for zero reason. I’m new to the game about two weeks…I play evenings and weekends and have never broken any rules period….. I just filed a pretty blunt ticket about this because it is completely wrong. They essentially just closed my account with zero reason. I was never contacted or warned or anything…. just permanent account closure. This is such bad service…I work major hours and just want to come home and play……. instead I’m paying the price for hackers and farmers..due to a scrappy system with apperently no investigation involved.

Great. No reply as of yet to my ticket and I just saw the post saying that phase 4 will only be for 24 hours. The first time I have ever done everything for a special event since uo, and I will likely be in limbo unable to get flagged for the “log in” achievement.
