just contact support, its already obvious from your login attempt data that you’ve been hacked.

i dont understand why they dont just bann all ips coming from china, that was done on a few mmos and it cant hurt

Doing so will piss off legit Chinese players and the cheating ones will just work around it using various passthrough techniques like VPN etc.

People get hacked either by their own fault (malware, keylogger, sharing password, weak security) or the server’s fault (rare, but can happen. Lol, something sony ps3 players know all too well)

Did your IP address change? If it did, you won’t be able to log in until you read the email that allows you to authorize again.

It’s not banned, it’s account protection system when they detect account access from different ip, just follow the link and choose authorize location. It happen to me a lot when i play at my buddy’s places or office :p
