That was the first thing I tried, but I no longer have my serial code.
I am not quite sure how to go about this now.
You don’t need the serial code to submit a request. If you are getting that error you probably have not filled out all the required fields or might have overlooked the “specific issue” drop down menu which is also required.
The error I am getting is. Request could not be created as: Guild Wars 2 Serial Code: is invalid
Like I said make sure you fill out all the fields with an asterisk including the often overlooked “specific issues” drop down. Missing that field or others is known to provide that error.
That is also filled out as well. I put the option: Terminated/Suspended Account
Well you are most likely missing a field some place. I have submitted several tickets, the last one just the other day, and never once had to include my serial code.
Edit: The only other thing I can think of is that I have noticed that sometimes if your browser does autofill and you put your email in the email field sometimes it will also put it in the serial code field. That can cause the error as well. Make sure there is nothing in the serial code field.
