So i tried logging in it said to me that i participated in gold sales BUT IM 100% SURE i didnt do nothing i deleted every mail i got i reported every spammer/bot i saw so am i getting banned for trying to help the community please HELP ME OUT I LOVE THIS GAME I DO NOT WANT TO BE BANNED FROM IT FOR DOING NOTHING pleaase help me out and where can i contact the game developers or anyone who can help me with this issue i love playing this game its halloween time i dont want to miss out on anything please help me out :’(

Click “Ask a Question” – I recommend (if you have not before) creating a support account here first. Note a support account is NOT a game account, and is separate.

Fill out the form and ask there.

1 – No “shouting” in capslock like you did here.

2 – Be polite (which you are)

3 – Use paragraphs and punctuation (your post here is one huge sentence.)

I don’t think they can be wrong about something like that..

Not out of the question for them to make a mistake I think.

As I said Im 100% sure I didn’t do nothing wrong and thanks for helping with the how to wrote a support ticket I was just so mad yesterdy I hope they can resolve the problem

If your got banned for gold sales it most likely means your account was hacked. Put in a ticket and they will work with you to figure this out. In the meantime I would recommend changing your account password to something different and unique.

BTW, don’t be surprised if this thread gets moved to the Account Issues forum.
