Guild Wars 2

Hey all, I have been playing guild wars on and off since the headstart 3 years ago, only getting problems now, I want to know if anyone can help?

I updated the game and everything was fine, I started catching up and gathering stuff for ascended then suddenly I couldn’t interact or attack anything and got dc’ed and now I can barely get into the game.

Sometimes it lets me in and says my ping is over 4,000 and sometimes it gives me the please try again in 5 minutes error I have no idea what to do, I have tried diag, repair, opening ports I’m at a loss.
