Best way to update my system?
What would help you the most is a new everything. However, since you are on a tight budget (not sure how much). I would have to say either save up and buy a whole new computer, or buy a graphics card since a graphics card can be easily ported over to another computer in the future.
Upgrading your CPU/motherboard/RAM is going to cost more than a graphics card.

To be blunt, that rig is to old to upgrade.
I understand the whole budget thing, but computers (specialy prebuilt ones) only last so long before upgrading is not plausable and replacment is the only option.
Your at that point. Any singular upgrade would simply be held back by the rest of the rig.
Save up and build urself a modern up to date gaming rig. Remember a brand new mid to high end (not super high end) rig with components of the generation it is built in, will last roughly 5 years with the occasional upgrade before a completly new on would need to be built. If a rig is built with already old and/or low end parts , that number will decrease.
The Pentium 4 630 was released in Q4 2005, so at it oldest ur rig is already 7 .5 years old, even if u bought it when it was already old, say in 2007, its still 6 to 7 years old.
