So this week alone I’ve had to change all my characters name simply because they have the word ‘Nigerian’ in it, with accents mind you, like how is that even offensive in any manner, it’s gotta stop can I get my names reset or something cause I’m sick of having change em and am afraid I’m gonna get banned for something so stupid, please it’s not even offensive…

Note that every one of those included the N word in them….not saying it’s a valid reason, but I could see someone prudish (or being vindictive for whatever reason) reporting them….

If you read what Michael posted, they block words similar to the offending word because users have been known to just pick something close to the bad name again. My bet is that the name was close to Nigerian.

Well, is it possible that I could get an entire name reset as 4/5 of my characters still have the word ‘Nigerian’ in it, and I wouldn’t appreciate being banned ;(

You would need to discuss that request with Support via a ticket….

I’ve had to change my character names because of Tawt, which is phonetically Tot. It’s disappointing but you move on.
