Didn’t know if I should post this here or on the bug report forum, but if I’m doing an event or sieging a fortress in wvwvw and theres tons of people around, the audio will stop working correctly and just start making “siren” noises. Not entirely sure how to explain it, but it starts silent, gradually gets higher, then fades away. The whole thing is about 1 second long and it repeats forever.

I have the same exact problem.
Was hoping to come here but it does not seem to be wide spread.

i7 2600k @4.5
GTX 560 306.26 drivers
onboard sound:Realteck ALC892

I have the exact same issues. Doesn’t happen for WvWvW but that just might be due to the skirmishes I’ve had. Claw of Jormag it happens almost half the time. Audio will always cut out but more often than not, that “siren” sound occurs and persists until I shut the game down and start it back up. Looking to see if I need to update my audio drivers. I’m using Soundblaster Audigy.

Had this happen at Tequila the Sunless.

Maybe it’s Nvidia HQ Audio drivers i had problems with sound myself with Realtek, X-Fi Fatal1ty and i even got a Xonar the problem didn’t go away i had to format my computer and i didn’t install the nvidia audio drivers also i disable the marvell controler from my asus P8P67 Deluxe MoBo. That seem to fix my issues.

I have the exact same issues.
Happened to me 3 times always in a WvWvW.
