I bought 2800 gems not long ago and it said the transaction was complete, but I did not get my gems. I tried again, once again said complete, no gems. Checked my bank, was charged twice( Like an idiot, should not of tried again I know). Really would like these gems I am about to have way too many of…..

Over 30 minutes since my bank was charged and no gems. Ticket was put in.

I also did not receive my gem purchase and it was 1600 gems for 20 dollars. Ticket submitted.

Hour and a half now, and still nothing to show for my $70.

I also tweeted this. This is frustrating.

Having the same issue

It seems a lot of people are having this issue at the moment, patience, it’s being worked on.

I did 2 purchases in the same time frame, got my $10 one instant and the higher amount didn’t received gems, but i was charged.

I got finally got them. Thanks! =)
