Anyone else having issues purchasing gems? I’m simply trying to add a new card for the purchase and the card approval continually fails.

I most definitely have the funds, have tried multiple cards at this point, and have tried multiple times, making sure to be as thorough as possible while double checking my information.

Any ideas? Billing maintenance perhaps? I didn’t see any announcements if so.

Just tried through PayPal as well and received an error, there must be some issues going down.

This issue has been addressed. One of our providers was having problems, but it’s all good now.

This issue has been addressed. One of our providers was having problems, but it’s all good now.

Wish I could say it’s all good, but I’m still having the same issue.

The same day I posted this I entered a question through the support page, but have heard nothing back. I was not asked to create a login, and didn’t get the reference number, so maybe I did something wrong. I went ahead and created a support account and re-entered the question again.
